Project Name: Rehabilitation through skill based training for child & youths
Project Scope: Project aims at Rehabilitating street children & youth (young/adolescent street girls) and child labour. The program holistically seeks to intervene in multiple areas including education, need based vocational skill training, shelter, meals, clothes and medical assistance.
Project Need: The Project is for livelihood of children and to stint their wrong habits, begging, child labour, abuses, sexual exploitation etc., as the Street children work in tea stalls as child labour and servants in households. They are lured to pick-pocketing, begging and sexual exploitation etc., Because of being deprived of basic education they are forced to compromise on their livelihood. The aim of this project is to rehabilitate the children and youths into main stream and to lead them towards a dignified and sustainable life ahead.
